At Moroccan Pantry, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund and Return Policy explains the terms under which refunds and returns are accepted.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or refund if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The item is unused and in original packaging.
  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Perishable food items and opened products are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used food products
  • Perishable items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • You must return the item as instructed.
  • After inspection, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement.
  • Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after approval:

  • Check with your bank or card provider.
  • Then contact us for assistance.

9. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this Refund and Return Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
